I started Blocks From The Heart in 2012. I lost some pretty amazing people in 2011 and it changed my life. I started this business out of my personal grieving process. My dad was one person I lost. He was a woodworker by hobby. I took the wood talent, combined it with my art talent and incorporated new technology. I work diligently to create the perfect finish so I am certain every creation will last for generations to come. When I create and design a gift for you, I keep in mind that you will hand this down. Each art piece becomes a time capsule. You can capture moments from your wedding, babies, grand babies, graduations, pets, death and everything in between. Spending an extra moment to send some photos has more rewards than you can imagine. With your help and my talent, we can create the perfect masterpiece.  My husband and daughter builds most of my creations. I do all the sanding, staining and sealing before you put your order in so each piece is ready for your design work. A lot of hours go into each and every piece. I will never compromise the quality of my work. It is an honor to know that you will trust me to create a memory from your life. I love to have freedom and add my flair. We will become friends after text messages, emails and or phone calls. I will send you pictures after I design your art piece by text or email. After you proof read it, I will go through a 3 day coating process. I will send you final pictures before I mail it to you. I want you to love it before I mail it. I mail everything tracked and insured. I will bug you one final time to make sure it arrived safe and sound. At that point, you can ditch me or we can become life long friends!
